Support

Support offices are staffed Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM Pacific Time. During non-staffed hours members of the support team are on-call to respond to critical requests or issues.

DB CyberTech offers several self-service options as well as support via phone or email if needed:

  • Online documentation that includes guidance for configuration and management of the system, as well as reference material for the Visibility, Privacy, Security, and Compliance products.
  • Downloadable training manual and presentations
  • Online videos that assist in the installation and operation of DB CyberTech products
  • Software and license updates are available via our secure support portal
  • Customers may upload troubleshooting data via our secure support portal
